"I stayed January 16. When I booked the room I asked if there was a shuttle to and from the airport. I was told there was. I received my ride to airport but when I returned on January 24 and called hotel for my ride 1:30 in the afternoon I was told there was no shuttle and I had to find my own ride back to hotel. I had to take a cab and pay $35. I was very upset since I specifically asked. Emailed the general manager and still have not heard from her. Called her office and her cell and both mailboxes were full. Very disappointed"

"Great location as it is just near I-20 highway. They are renovating the first floor, so people who booked first floor in the app might get other rooms in different floors, beware! By the time we reached our hotel, it was around 2 am, we were given a room on the fourth floor which is different from what I picked from the Hilton app when I requested digital key. There was no power in the room nor the phone line and was working. We were given another room on the same floor and were given complimentary breakfast for the inconvenience they caused which is otherwise $12 for the buffet."

"I'm forced to stay here for work a lot. Every time I come I get dirty bedding. It's gotten to the point where I just request clean sheets when I check in and make the bed myself. Bring your own sheets or request clean sheets when you check in, don't bother switching rooms because they're all dirty. Better yet, stay somewhere else. I wish I could. These photos show the sweat-soaked, sleep-wrinkled sheets I found this time."

"This hotel is pretty average. I've stayed here a few times, the best thing about it is it's convenient location. This past time, my room was kind of dirty, my shower rod fell down, and the room needs some serious updates. Lots of spots in the bathroom that need to be fixed and repainted and many noticeable and disgusting stains on the bedroom furniture. I think the worst part is breakfast. There is one person working who takes orders and cooks, they appear dirty at times, probably because they are working both the tables and in the kitchen, but the food just isn't that good. I learned that a few stays ago. My new colleagues learn it every time they come for the first time, so we generally avoid breakfast here. It's not the worst hotel in the area by any stretch, but I'm probably going to strongly consider staying elsewhere for my next visit to the area."
