"Pros: The king/queen sweet was nice. Beds were pretty firm but the amenities are nice. The front lobby was decorated nicely for Christmas. Con: Parking (no back or side parking) Toliet handle was broke. I asked for a late checkout due to getting in so late and this is the only time I get to see my boys while I'm on the rd for my Army class. The man at the desk asked how late? (11 checkout)said 1? He said no. I asked 12? He said no. I said " so no late check out then?!" He just nodded. He needed to work on his bed side manner but he wasn't mean or anything. Over all I think the price was a little high. The hotel appears clean but after further investigation, the hotel was actually pretty filthy. Floors are dirty and have a funny smell to them"

"My family stayed this property this weekend to visit JSU, the room was not clean, the sheets were dirty, the bed had crumbs in it. Hair in the shower. The only thing good was the hot water."

"Should’ve read and heeded the warnings from previous reviews of this place. Disappointed that this hotel is more of a motel 6 than what Radisson hotels are supposed to be. The entire area has been very neglected and almost looks abandoned driving up to it. The rooms are outdated with stained walls and ceilings with cracks and water damage painted over. The service was decent but hard to figure out who works there and doesn’t since they’re all in plain casual clothes."

"I stayed on June 17, 2023. I thought it was a cute little hotel. I am a single mother traveling with my son, eight years old, and our cat. We felt safe and comfortable there. Our view was wonderful as we could see the lake. It wasn’t anything fancy but we don’t need that, if we were not just passing through I wouldn’t of minded staying another night so I could walk around the lake and see the ducks. I had the impression that the hotel was under renovation as some things were closed. But I didn’t need the pool or the weight room."

"My family stayed while passing through. Overall the stay was fine. The staff was friendly and helpful, albeit a little chaotic it felt. The hotel wasn’t necessarily dirty, but didn’t feel clean either. It just felt a little bit neglected. Doors to storage closets were open, sanitizer had stained walls, etc. that didn’t necessarily instill confidence in the cleanliness and care of the rooms. Ultimately, the bed was comfortable, and we all slept well. If you’re looking for a decently priced place for a quick stay over, it’s fine. If you’re looking for a nice place to stay for a few days with nice amenities, I’m not sure I would recommend it."
