"Sons in a coma. My son lives there and has been paying his rent. But due to a car accident he can't pay the rent and management refuses payment from anyone else. If that's not bad enough they refuse to allow anyone including mother, father or 6 siblings to get his things or his 3 year old child's belongs. And on top of that there are 2 dogs in the trailer. Where is the justice in this. He may never wake from the coma, lord forbid. The thing's that he purchased for his 3 year old are not going to be returned to him. I will recommend to everyone I know to never consider this place. Scared father & Pawpaw"

"Haven't been here that long, but my experience so far has been great... anything I need/needed fixed maintenance jumps right on it,same day..very pleased.. not too many places I know of that gets you taken care of like these guys. Air conditioning went out (I thought oh no it will be a month before I get another one) NO THEY HAD ME ANOTHER ONE WITHIN AN HOUR. . definitely a plus. its pretty quiet here, great place."
