"I don't recommended this hotel, the hotel is dirty and in need of a major update. I walked bare foot on the carpet and when I stepped into the shower black streaks came off of my dirty feet. The hallway carpet is extremely dirty. The elevator makes a big bang noise when the door opens, no mention of the elevator being inspected. There was some questionable parking lot activity going on the week I was there. The pool door was left unlocked which allowed anyone access to the hotel not wanting to go through the lobby. This hotel isn't what a Hilton Hotel should be. The TV was always going in and out as if the satellite wasn't able to stay connected. The breakfast was above standard, but the was the only positive."

"Room uncleanness disappointing for a Hilton property. Despite being on 3rd floor, a gecko greeted us as we entered the room. When we tried to shoo it out the door, it snuck under the wall/floor molding. Tile floor in room entry and bathroom sticky and disgustingly dirty. Grime on doors and walls. Found many hairs not ours. Shower corners and sink grout need detailed cleaning and recaulking."

"Good location. Stores nearby like Kroger as well as some restaurants. Beds were a little too firm for my liking. Overall a good place to stay for your moneys worth. Being a travel agent I would definitely recommend this place to my clients."

"Very pleased with my short stay here. The room/bathroom were spotless and well designed. Any staff I encountered were kind and their breakfast was delicious! While I had no plans of swimming in their pool, I will say it could use a good shock and some cleaning though. I will most definitely stay here again during my visits to OB in the future."
