"Everything was great. I checked in at 7pm and out at 8am. Had zero problems. It was only $20 more than others in the Memphis area, but far superior to the $100 rooms around town."

"I checked in on 12/28 which was a Thursday. I put my DO Not DISTURB sign on my door.Friday morning I removed the sign before I went downstairs for breakfast bout 6a.m. I have been waiting for housekeeping to come bring fresh towels and trash bags. I took upon myself to just put old towels out in front of my door as well as trash. No housekeeper still did not knock and ask if I need anything this was bout 1p. I had to go to look for housekeeper to get my towels and trash bags. Now Saturday 12/29 my do not disturb sign was not out but still No housekeeping service the individual lied and told front desk my do not disturb sign was on my door which it was not. I have a problem with that I don't like being lied on and people half doing their job. LaKitha or whatever her name is truly made sure I had what I needed after I have complained. She brought my towels and extra trash bags when she was actually bout to leave for the day. Thank you so much. But I do want either a discounted rate for either my Saturday or Sunday stay along with some extra points on my rewards account otherwise I will report this issue to Corporate office"

"The hotel is over all ok. The room we stayed in over the thanksgiving holiday weekend had a horrible smell. That literally did not go away the whole 4 days we were here. Honestly smelled like the floors were molded maybe. Our couch had stains on it and two days in a row the housekeeping did not make one of the beds up all the way honestly housekeeping wasn’t good at all. Just over all not that great of an experience. Which was very surprising considering the reviews that I seen. We Really need a refund!! Oh plus woke up to multiple lady bugs crawling on the ceiling!"

"Nice place. All rooms are suites- so sofa and bed and a sink lol- why? Place was clean, needs new pillows and the hot water didn’t last very long. Breakfast was excellent Parking is TIGHT!! If you have a bigger truck forget it"

"Traveling to Albuquerque NM and stopped for 2 nights. Staff was extremely friendly and Roy was so helpful in accommodating our needs. Room was clean and breakfast was great. I would definitely recommend."
