"Amazing hotel, I stayed the weekend and everything was awesome. Customer service was top notch. Talmous was very polite and friendly and answered all my questions. Being a travel agent I would definitely recommend this hotel to my clients that travel to Mississippi."

"I want to give this hotel 5 stars because the set up is awesome! Great location, indoor pool, awesome fire pit outside, grills, free breakfast. BUT the rooms are dirty, lots of hair around the cracks of the mattress, food crumbs on the couch, stains on the carpet, appliances need wiped clean, make up residue in the bathroom drawer, etc. If they would just hire maids that were thorough when cleaning or give them more time this place would be awesome!"

"This place is right off Hwy 78 (I-22), and it's fairly easy to get to from Goodman Rd. (302). The parking lot is well lit at night, and there is plenty of parking on all sides, so no matter where your room is located you can see your vehicle from the window. This hotel allows pets, so if you have critters, that's a plus. There are plenty of pet "pick up" bags outside in different spots. The outside is well-maintained. Checkout was super quick, and the incidentals deposit doesn't cost an arm and a leg. The desk clerk was super nice, and when we called a few hours later for a blanket, it was at our door in a couple minutes. We had a One King Bed One Bedroom Suite. It has two doors into the bathroom so that whoever is in the actual bedroom can close the bedroom door (a huge privacy booster) without cutting off the persons in the living area from using the bathroom. There are plenty of lights throughout the space. There is also a lot of room to spread out, with the small kitchen table and then a rolling, larger table that fits neatly under a built-in desk/counter. This room has a 5 foot (I'm guessing) fridge with a bottom drawer freezer--plenty of room for tons of food and drinks. You could probably cook a whole chicken in the microwave. (I'm going by the size of it. Don't take cooking advice from me.) There is a large smart tv (with streaming) in the living area and in the bedroom. The sofa is comfortable, and there is a lot of storage space. The two closets are nice. This hotel is a very relaxing place. It's quiet, even though it is clearly "in town" and next to the interstate. There is a free breakfast, but if you don't want that there are also some good restaurant choices a couple minutes' walk from here. This place is also close to quite a few shopping centers. The pool is indoors, and there's a well-appointed fitness center. The business center was nothing out of the ordinary, but I'm assuming it is just as stellar as the rest of the place. I didn't need to use it. My husband and I did make use of the free wifi, and it never failed us the entire time we were there. We had four devices using it (our phones and two laptops). I know there were quite a few other guests who probably used it too, so it's great that there were never any times when it froze or slowed down. Overall, this place gets 5 stars from me! I really had a great time here. There were hyper kids and several dogs that checked in the same time we did. I never heard a peep out of them, and I actually saw a couple dogs via my window, and they were barking. I didn't hear them. Believe me when I say if a quiet and relaxing time is what you are here for, you will get it."

"This place is more of a kennel where owners can stay with their pets. When we checked in on the afternoon of 10/21 the front desk guys was extremely rude and totally didn’t care. I had two rooms. One of the rooms the bed was still completely unmade and trash sitting in the countertop along with towels in the floor. It had never even been cleaned. Went back to get a different room. The front desk guy interrogated me about the room. I finally told him I didn’t do a full housekeeping inspection that he needed to do that or have management. He never apologized for the room not being cleaned. The next room, the door was totally broken. The door closer was hanging down and the frame was broken. My wife couldn’t even close the door, I had to close it for her. The shower doors wouldn’t slide and the shower had mold around the edges. All the carpets in the hall and rooms have tons of pets stains. Some have been bleached white. This one doesn’t deserve the Hilton brand name. Encourage you to look elsewhere. It has degraded significantly from this summer when we spent almost a week there. Won’t go back!"

"Worst Hilton I’ve been to and I’m a diamond member. All the rooms and hallways have stained carpets as if animals ran around. The rooms were sloppy when put together with paint peeling and showers rusting. The toilets ran all night and were never fixed in all three rooms we had. Walls were paper thin as you could hear every conversation from people talking at normal levels. Felt like we were in a 1 star motel."
