"The rolling Hills apartment in Olive Branch, Mississippi on old Goodman Road this property is poorly cared for the senior citizens that live here have to deal with bedbug infestation roach infestations when it’s brought to the management they blow you off like it’s not their problem. This is inhumane to treat humans in this manner when it is a property that you are responsible, for you should make sure that the tenants are not living in such filth and disgustingness. When tnt complain they act as if it’s there fault and the evict then knowing that they live on fixed incomes and have no other place to go"

"I take care of a sr lady that lives there and the place is infested with roaches I've taken on a personal bill to have my pest control company go in to help get it under control the hud people don't fix anything. Her apartment is in disrepair bc she has been there a long time I've seen newer units that people just moved in and they look nice but once your in you have to pull teeth to get things fixed the community seems nice and the neighbors are friendly the grounds are kept up. But the place needs better service in the maintenance dept."
