"This apartment complex is a hot mess. I won't recommend these apartment to anyone. They charge you for any little thing like: if you cancel your rental insurance, they'll charge you; if you don't do that non compliance pet form, they'll charge you, even though, you don't have a pet; if you move out before the renewal of your lease, they'll charge you; if you don't give them a moving notice within the specific time, they'll charge you, eventhough, you're buying a house. They don't work with you at all and they'll threaten you if you don't pay in full. They take forever to respond to your maintenance request and don't forget to mention they have roaches. They use that weak, diluted spray to kill the bugs, but it makes it worst. Every summer is the worst for me and my family, the unit is so old that it won't get cold and when we tell them about it, they do patch work on the unit. We have to fight flies every summer. Jessica is dirty and low down who handles business poorly, and Calandra is a yes person, who follows Jessica in her mess and doesn't correct her when she wrong. I'm so glad that my family and I moved out these apartments and bought us a house. If they keep on, they won't have any tenants and they will face a big lawsuit."

"Never really wasted time on assessment tests because it's done via indeed either you score proficiently or advanced took a chance went out when I say it was a full interrogation of the same exact ? I almost lost it I do maintenance in high rises which has a boiler room and basement which every unit has a gas wall heater or either water vapor system I have maintained 11years I got called for a regular maintenance assessment that turned into a 1 question assessment do I know a heat pump is ? I kept reiterating NO the question kept coming then I realized man this guy talking about an entire central heating and air we use vendors for cause none of our resident's have central ac and secondly I wouldn't nor would ask my guys to work by the hr trying to fix that our vendors make 1,220 each call at other properties but trying to cut corners for a specific maintenance man whether its maintenance 1,2,or3 I'll play crazy before you give me an electrician job at regular maintenance pay dude I would never make your check for you to continue to be supervisor when me as a maintenance man know what he's doing get somebody here regular or temp that can fix central air I'm just glad I left for I got to mad but the ladies was neutral they doing business and protecting their maintenance man as should be but all my work orders get completed by me or my team this man maintenance and police and I knew it"

"Plantation Apartments has poor office management. Please get a lawyer because they sit in the office and redoing the lease contract. My husband and I was mistreated by the Office Manager twice and now I'm going to the police department. I advised anyone stay at Plantation Apartments please get a lawyer. We're in the process of taking action. Ms. Jessica is very rude and disrespectful. Everything isn't fixed properly and the bugs is taking over. Please I advise every tenant to take action now."

"Me and my boyfriend recently moved to these apartments and we love everything about them. Ms Jessica and Ms Calondra walked us through all the steps and got us in as quick as possible. We love the environment and the people in the office are so professional and always have great attitudes. I would definitely recommend living here."

"This place is a dump for real. There is garbage pouring out into the streets from the dumpsters, there are stray animals roaming around all over the place, like easily over 40 cats, and there is literally just trash tossed out in the grass in front of apartments. There are appliances littering the sidewalks. It's bad. Some of this garbage has been here for weeks."
