"Book and paid for a King called to verify everything was correct before booking. Arrive at the hotel and they have christian convention going on, Which I feel like that’s who they catered to the most. Everyone else was giving directions on where to park to have easy access to the rooms. I was not I had to ask red flag, I get to our room I was never asked upon checking in was it ok if we were ok with having a double bed room. (which still would have been a no I want what we paid for) You don’t just place people anywhere when I paid for a king room. Went back to front desk and was told we can you a refund because we are booked and sold out. I’m sure everyone had not checked in we were not treated fairly at all."

"I stay here quite often, they have done many renovations since I first stayed here 8 years ago. It’s a beautiful hotel that’s nostalgic as well as up to date they’ve combined old and new perfectly. The staff here is always pleasant. This stay I dealt mainly with Michael at front desk. He has an amazing personality and is very friendly. I’d honestly consider hotel living at an establishment like this. Keep up the good work y’all have a beautiful hotel and staff."

"Stayed for 3 months. Friendly staff great people and customer service. Clean rooms and well maintained. I was referred here by a friend of mine and it was a great pick. I definitely will recommend this place to my friends and family to stay, vacations and events. A large and beautiful setup in my eyes for any type of event you want to have small or large….."

"Will never stay there again. Had to change rooms twice from stinch and a stink bug crawling on tv. Only had one washcloth in bath, we had to go borrow towels and wash clothes from friends. No batteries in remotes. Told front desk several times about concerns they didn’t care at all.Housekeeping was very poor they did not speak English only dumped trash once,no cleaning at all.Very disappointed, no referrals from us at all."

"They don't let you bring the breakfast back to your room. Yet you're allowed to go to McDonald's or Burger King and bring that food back to your room makes absolutely no sense. I'm disabled and I went to the breakfast area and made my breakfast and the lady stops me. And she says no, no and sits me down like I'm 5 years old. I have to have a bathroom close by at all times and I was totally Shocked By this I was planned on taking my breakfast back to my room. Had I known this I never would have booked this hotel. They don't tell you when you check in. They don't tell you when you book the room. It's never laid out to you anywhere. It's not posted in the breakfast area. They just drop it on you when you make your plate and try to leave. The rooms they call it historic. But if that means that your furniture is from 1973 and broken. I guess that's historic. And the bed was up so high that I could barely get up into it again. Going back into the disabled. This is not a disability friendly hotel. In any way shape or form do not go here if you are disabled"
