"As a AARP member and a Senior my room was better than good, it was in fact Phenomenal. I'm really not on vacation, just getting away from the toxic surroundings that I live near. The Employees from Checking in ( Michael ) to the staff ( Donna ) my stay could have ONLY been better, if I could have stayed longer. I'm really going to miss being here once I leave on the 5th. Can't wait until my next outing. Getting away from the hustle and bustle of the Bigger City for one a little smaller. My Parental Grand Parents Birth State, Mississippi. Thanks Best Western."

"Took a real long cross country trip and this was one of the stops. Super clean room and very friendly front desk and staff. Highlight was definitely Theresa and the breakfast. She helped us check an ingredient list to make sure my wife could eat it. Super friendly chat and a great way to start the morning and the next drive. Only complaint was that the pet fee here was absolutely the highest for the entire trip. 40 bucks for a night is a little steep"

"Checked into the hotel on 01/17/2024 and wasn’t informed that there wasn’t any running water. I went to use the bathroom and there wasn’t any running water. I couldn’t get a refund and the front desk clerk informed me that the water had been out since that morning. Inform the guest before checking in that there’s no running water. This place is a joke. The manager Michael was absolutely no help and kept my money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHADY HOTEL."

"The service was horrible. The room was not clean. Furniture was old in the rooms and dusty. Room smelled like smoke and had to take medicine because I’m allergic to smoke . The staff didn’t even try to move me to another room are listen to my complaints. To much going on. A guy gave a kid a edible gummy and he had a bad reaction. Cops and ambulance had to come. That lasted awhile the first night. The room was located on the hall where they wash and bathrooms are located. So while I tried to rest during the day all I heard was toilet bowls flushing. They could’ve said that in the description where the kitchenette is located. I feel like my money was wasted and really should’ve been refunded. I should’ve sent them a bill for the room smelling like smoke when they said it was non smoking and having to take medicine for a allergic reaction. That’s how strong it was in the room . Definitely want recommend this to anyone. They offer free breakfast and it’s horrible."

"Great stay. Breakfast was good, lots of options. Princess and Felicia gave attentive and caring service. Will definitely stay again if necessary. Pool and gym were great."
