"Worst customer service! I bought a pair of camo Boots with Boa laces. The laces broke. I sent them the receipt and pictures of the boots and described the thousands of dollars in UA apparel I own but they refused to make it right. They have no way to repair them and since I am outside the 90 day return window, all they will do is send me a $25 promo code. I get the promo code and it's a 25% off code! Great products but better hope you don't get a dud because they don't care about retaining customers FOR SURE! I'll take my business and my company's business elsewhere."
