I explained I needed a water heater & the associate checked stock. When I said I wanted to come buy it. David pulled it from the shelf & had it up front by the door for me. The store was clean. It is a great place to shop. I'd drive from Greshamto go to this store any day. It was worth the drive!"

"Had a dishwasher delivery issue with another company and had a time sensitive need to pick up same day. The rep in appliances listened to our needs, went back and checked stock, reviewed the available units for us and brought the one we chose to the front. Great employees make great experiences."

"Visiting family and brother’s sink busted. Ran here for parts to fix it. Selection and cleanliness are wonderful and the employee I asked for directions to the correct aisle was very friendly. The prices were really good too! Way below the price I would have expected back home at the Ace I usually go to. I worry about one employee I saw though, which is the only reason I don’t give this 5 stars. The poor kid looked extremely ill and I even offered to call an ambulance, though they seemed in such a state that I’m not sure they understood. I really question the ethics of the leadership team here that this employee was allowed to clock in or made to stay or anything like that. Seems a bit like abuse of workers to me. I honestly just hope that kid gets home safe. No one should be in danger just to appease a retail employer. If I weren’t so far from home, I’d offer the kid a job immediately just so they could have safer income."

"Went to buy a Christmas tree. Needed to buy a stand as well but they were out. No worries, the tree we selected we were happy with, so we'll go to Home Depot after. Asked to have the tree wrapped and tied. Cashier called for assistance 3 times. No acknowledgment by other workers. 20 mins passed by. Did it myself. Still no acknowledgement. Is this a Portland mindset I keep asking myself? After, we went to Home Depot after. Customer service was spot on. Moral of the story...go to Home Depot."

"We were picking up something at Lowes and just for the heck of it decided to see what they had to offer in cabinets....We've been finishing up a major renovation on our house and ended up having to install the kitchen cabinets, countertop and appliances. (not recommended for most people but I've had a lot of experience) Kitchen Cabinets - Terri R at Delta Park Lowes did a great job of helping us through the whole process. First of all when we made an appointment with her since we knew what we wanted she designed it all while we were there so we didn't have to wait for days of back and forth. Second, she gave us advice on some components that 3 other local designers didn't catch. The other locations "specialized" in kitchens and bathrooms.... She double checked everything and it all was ordered and delivered smoothly. When ever we had a question she responded promptly even with her limited schedule at the store. We looked at several options and locations for countertops also. Lowes happened to carry Dekton which we initially looked at so we opted for Dekton. The third party installer was Pacific NW Marble & Granite. From measurement to installation it was top notch and communication was great. We had also looked at to local appliance stores but Terri pointed out a sale that was going on. We had difficulty getting the dishwasher we wanted but Terri guided us choosing a different model. Again the appliance purchase, advice and delivery was great. I could go on and go into specifics but all I can say is if you are considering a major kitchen project I highly recommend Lowes at Delta Park. This is our third major renovation (which helps) and by far the best outcome and service we've had. What we got from Lowes: Kraftmaid cabinets, Bosch and Cafe appliances, Dekton countertop."
