My company celebrates work anniversaries with a gift, and my teammate shops at Mapel Boutique, so I purchased a gift certificate for her. I'm not in the Portland area, so I opted to have it mailed to her. Well, she lives close to the West Linn location, so they dropped it off at her home the same day I ordered it! Wow, way to provide an outstanding customer experience. I'm looking forward to checking out one of their locations on my next visit to Portland."

"Excellent boutique in a nice little shopping area! My mother and I went inside while waiting for our takeout at a local restaurant. The store is nice and has a lot of things to look at. The clothing style isn't exactly my cup of tea and a bit pricey for me, but they are high quality and look great. They have a lot of nice knick-knacks and gifts, such as candles, soaps, jewelry, and self-care items, all of which are sold at good prices. My mother bought me some thoughtful presents here and now I'll remember this store fondly. Customer service is also very nice, and my whole experience was just great. Would love to come back."

"Hands down this is the greatest little boutique ever! I love the employees, service, price points, and options available. Best place to come and refresh your wardrobe!! I love that I can look around the store grab items and that with my permission the employee(s) also help grab some items for me to try as well. It definitely takes the pressure off having to look over everything. Every time I have wound up trying things I normally wouldn’t have picked for myself but end up loving. I enjoy that they can help curate a looks and help style items. Bonus points they have also been super nice and accommodating to having children in tow, makes the bit of shopping was easier. I will always come here to refresh my wardrobe over a box store."
