Nordstrom Rack

"I usually appreciate all the kind helps from the employees in Nordstrom racks. However I had the horrible experience with this employee Alex who helped me at check out in the evening on 12/19/23. I bought lots of things for gifts that day and he told me to grab Celene sunglasses myself I wanted to check out from the display glass box after he unlocked it. I thought it was little bit unusual but I kindly grabbed them and asked him to keep them at the counter. When he was helping me at the cashier, i saw him checking the tagged price and saw the POS that probably didn’t match the tagged price. And he kept going and scanning other items until I found out the prices are not matching from the tagged price showing on the monitor. I felt very suspicious and checked my receipt after I paid over $700 and it was much items to look through and found out he didn’t correct the discounted price for 5 items total. Regardless of the amount of money, he must inform the customers about that. This situation, I just see it as his laziness or disrespectfulness to his costumers. I wasted long time to check through my receipt but I’m glad I did it and got some money back I paid extra. He would like some training in customer service or POS handling."

"I came in to return a couple of jackets II had purchased at the Clackamas NR. After standing in line watching what the two gals who were working on, the registers that day were going through with the clientele one could only expect to have to deal with at a downtown Portland location. I barely had the nerve to go through with my no receipt sob story dog ate my homework return! Well, the young woman at the register keyed in every email address. I was able to remember having one after another until one hit! Never losing her composure and never treating me like anything but the most important customer she had assisted that day!!"

"Nice store, friendly associates, however a security tag was not removed from a jacket I purchased. I called the store and they said "well you will need to come back or go to a store closer to where you live" I asked for a postage paid return bag. NOPE. Nordstrom certainly doesn't have the same customer service."

"Had a great experience I came in the door and the guy said sorry we are closed! I was like I know exactly what I want I came from Vancouver and it's right there as I point. He was so nice and said go ahead. Scored the only Hobo red wallet with an awesome Dragon embroidered on it that I saw last week but was unable to purchase. So excited it was still there and the Staff were super fantastic. Thanks Rack I appreciate you."
