"I was in the store on 12/20 to pick up an order that was supposed to be shipped from the corporate Lane Bryant. I ordered in November, I had received a partial shipment earlier in the month. The packing slip said other items would be shipped separately. Well they weren’t. This was for a Christmas present. Denise saved the day. She went above and beyond with great customer service, found as many of the items in store as she could for me and honored the prices from the Black Friday sale. She saved my daughters Christmas present and my sanity. That is what true customer service is about. Something that is rare in this day and age. 10/10"
