"I tried calling this Banana Republic Factory Cascade Station Oregon today many times and no one is answering their phone. I tried calling the corporate office but my call went to Banana Republic San Francisco and talk to the Manager about the issue. The Manager of BR SAN Francisco Branch put me on hold to see if she can contact the Cascade Station Branch and got back to me that she also cant get hold of anyone.This is so frustrating that I have to go drive all the way 40 minutes from my house to see if they have the shirt that I really like. BR, SanCrancisco Branch apologizes to me in behalf of Banana Republic Cascade Station Branch and also told me that shewill make sure their Superior will be notified about this issue."

"I felt like this was a custom high end British or French custom shop. You want first rate service? GO HERE!!!! My son wanted a custom color for a shirt and the dude looked till we got it. Even left a tip. This is what shopping should be like. Super highly recommend!!! Dad approved!"

"Went to return something 2 days past their return policy (30 days) and they refused to help me at all. I told them I just needed a smaller size. I had ordered online due to not having the time to shop whit their current hours. They close at 7pm and when I showed up twice they were prematurely closed at 5 min 'til, both times (I had tried!). I just needed an exchage, not even my money back and when they scanned it they could tell it was a legit purchase. I feel like the clothing is too expensive to have such a bad return policy and customer service. I will stick to shopping at Nordstrom. It's unfortunate because I like their style of clothing, but my dollar cannot support the policies they enforce. Buyer beware."
