"It has been several years since I have shoped at Lane Bryant. I needed to get some new and proper fitting bras. The first time I went in Jo was very helpful with me, helping me to figure out my new size and picking out bras. Thank You Jo for all of your help! The second time I went in about a week and a half later to use the coupons I had earned and to get more bras. I was very surprised that the bra inventory was not replenished. When I asked about it I was told that there are rows of boxes of product to be put out but no staff to do it. Really? I saw about five or six employees in the store that day and no one was putting out any stock. This time it was Kat who helped me and she was really great. I appreciated everything that she did for me. Thank You so much for all of your help Kat! She ordered the bras I wanted and needed online and I requested to have them shipped to the store. So the third time I came in was to pick up my order. They could Not find my order. I was asked the same question about 4 or 5 times over, was I sure I had it shipped to the store? And my answer was the same every time. Yes I was sure I had it shipped to the store. I was also asked to repeat my name, phone number and email several times. The lady helping me seemed more concerned about the customers pilling up. So evidently my order was under my maiden name which I have not used in over ten years! My conclusion is that their system is Outdated and a dinosaur, and their methodology does Not make Any Sense. My Third visit to this location was Rather Unpleasant and Discouraging. Hopefully it will be my last visit there!! I will have to find a different location if I need to go back."
"I am wanting to give shout out to Danna who helped me last night at the cascade station location. I went in to pick a package up but also wanted to purchase somethings. My transaction ended up being alot more complicated then I thought It would be. My cards weren't working and she stayed patient with me the whole time and ending up saving the day with her advise. So I was able to purchase all my items. Her great customer service was so amazing and I was very thankful."
"The service at this store has gone down hill a lot over the last couple years. Specifically since the old manager Abby left. I typically order my stuff online and have it shipped to the store. This last order I made I had coupons I used which allowed me to get my items at an extremely discounted price. My email on file is correct, and I received no emails saying my order was received, shipped, or at the location of this store. Was not in my in box or my spam folder. I called today to see why I haven't gotten any emails or phone calls (everytime I have ordered online I have gotten a phone call saying my stuff was in) about my order and I was told it was sent back two days ago and "we can gather the items you ordered and you can repurchase, but none of the discounts will be honored." Great customer service! s/ I am done with Lane Bryant.I will start buying my clothing from other stores that actually care about the customer and will go the extra mile to have good service."
