"I really wanted to support this business. I’ve watched their YouTube videos and appreciate the knowledge they share. However, I spent over $1k in parts with this shop and my complaint is that the stage6 replica crank lasted all of 2 weeks and MAYBE 20 miles. The big end bearing failed randomly which shouldn’t have happened on a fresh rebuild. I’ve been building mopeds and scooters for around 15 years and know how to properly assemble a motor. I emailed (included a video of the destroyed crank) to ask if there was a warranty on the crankshaft, since it was faulty, so it could be replaced. Instead of responding to my email, I was ignored. I gave it 5 days to see if I’d get a response and got nothing. A simple “no” would’ve sufficed. There are way better scooter parts shops that have faster shipping, more affordable parts, better customer service and stand by the products they sell. After reading all of the negative reviews, it’s very clear that the shop owner has a victim mentality. I will not be shopping here again."

"I bought a spree shock mount and motor mount kit for an af16 swap, the kit was incomplete, and after being told I was installing it wrong, they finally sent out the missing piece. After riding it a few times, the shock mount broke where the shock attaches to the mount."
