"A wonderful place to buy good quality new and used bike parts. Most of the employees are tremendously helpful and welcoming. I did think the bike prices were a bit high but the parts are reasonable. Always fun to stop by and see what they have in stock."
"I've learned a lesson that i dont go to places or services that nonprofit or volunteer run!'These young guys and girl, who i very likely assume dont hold a fulltime, 40 hours a week jobs anywhere else and like to vokunteer at their spare time. That's great but i also have encountered horrible attitudes from these volunteers who are very judgmental and entitled , like i-m-better-than-you kinda attitude. And makes the matte4 worse, the stote's stuffs are not any cheaper than like Amazon or Walmart, online stores. I would prefer to spend my money in a close by neighborhood even stuffs are little more expensive. On the contrary i can just order on my pajamas with Amazon in 2 minutes with next day or 2 delivered 3 houses from my house. All with a super customer service and they pay taxes. I dont have to deal with this entitled, i-m-better than you attitude from these nonprofit, volunteer organizations! I will stop going to these shops. It seems like i going to beg! Disgusting"
"Used to be an awesome, warm, and welcoming recourse for affordable bikes and parts, with a genuine community driven feel. Now just a pretentious ideological circle jerk with ludicrous prices on well worn and used parts and bikes. Maybe because they sell anything thats not junk at 100% profit for top dollar on ebay auctions. So much for community:("
"Fantastic local bike shop, new and used. Repair, new, and used quality parts, friendly people, and a good business to donate to,but if you want to donate a bike, there is a charge. Kids workshops and summer classes. Multiple locations. They sponsor great fundraising events all year."
"Cheap used parts, and they let me install them myself in the store because I live kinda far away. Just finished putting on the brake cables they sold me too, the salesperson made sure to take the extra time to make sure I had my questions answered and made sure I could walk out on-budget. I would go so far as to say this is the best bike shop I've ever been to."
