"Terrible customer service. I bought a kryptonite lock that was defective (the key gets stuck sometimes) and they refused to return it. They kept saying it sticks because it's new, it sticks because it's an entry level lock. NO, IT STICKS BECAUSE ITS DEFECTIVE. I tried to explain but they didn't care and just dismissed anything I had to say."
"As other reviewers noted, this feels like a true bike shop. The owners are knowledgable, patient, and professional. In the three times I've been in during the last year, I have never been upsold, and they have twice fixed the issue on the spot. They've advised me on how to avoid repeating an issue (I was overpumping my tubes and causing many unnecessary flats). Highly recommend."
"Friendly, thorough service. Got new tires on my old Schwinn plus some chain and brake system adjustments and tune-ups for a reasonable price. Jimmy's the man!"
"This is what I expect a Bike Shop to be. Local, warm..."Mom & Pop" type place. Jimmy was awesome. Brought my recently purchased hybrid bike back up to like-new riding condition at a price that beat any other shop in the area, and all same-day. This will be my go-to for any work or parts I need."
"Jim and Sue are attentive, responsive, accommodating and acted more so as consultants rather than sales people. I paid 135$ for labor and several used parts - what a fair deal! I brought my bike in on a Friday, and Jim was able to get it done by Saturday. I paid $100 for parts, and despite the labor rate being $100 per hour, I was pleasantly surprised to find they did not take any liberties with the time it took to get my bike up and running. Honest bike shop with great people - YOU SHOULD COME HERE!"
