They kept saying it sticks because it's new, it sticks because it's an entry level lock. NO, IT STICKS BECAUSE ITS DEFECTIVE. I tried to explain but they didn't care and just dismissed anything I had to say."

I paid $100 for parts, and despite the labor rate being $100 per hour, I was pleasantly surprised to find they did not take any liberties with the time it took to get my bike up and running.
