"I was traveling through Portalnd on a long road trip with my ICE Trike, and I needed a critical repair. I called these guys, and they said I could come in an hour later. Once I was there, they dropped what they were doing, and spent about 30 minutes fixing my trike. How lovely! Now I can continue my road trip, and go riding at Crater Lake later in the week. While waiting for the repair, I spent some time looking around their store. Wow, what a lovely collection of bikes and trikes. I wish I had a store like this near my home in California. I also got a sense that these guys really know what they're doing with repairs. My dealer in California seems good at assembling trikes, but not very good at servicing, repairing, or upgrading them. Anyway, I highly recommend this recumbent shop. They saved my butt on this trip. I hope you'll give them some business."
