Bouncing Off The Walls Inflatable Rental 9643 Interline Avenue, Baton Rouge, LA 70809

"I really hate to write negative reviews but I was left with no choice. My son’s 3rd birthday party was on October 28th. I reserved my rental of two bouncy houses, tables, and chairs well in advance. On the week of my party I was contacted to see if I would agree to keep the bouncy house overnight. I had no issues with this. I guess when they made the change in their system it changed my party date to the 29th instead of the 28th. I had no idea of this change. On the morning of my party, I heard nothing from the company. The closer it got to my party time I began to panic and call and leave voicemails and text the numbers I had for the company. I heard nothing until the time of my party. When talking to the owner she apologized and said she will take care of me for my next rental. At this time I took her word and moved on since I was able to find a company in Zachary who was able to deliver a bouncy house to me last minute. Fast forward to today, November 16th not even a month later I tried to “cash” in on my promise from the owner. Only to be told they will only give me $100 off. Honestly, $100 does not equate to the stress that this company put me under during my child’s party. My son had to go half of his party without a bouncy house. So no, $100 is not enough and I rather pay full price or over price than spend another $1 with this company. They stated it was because I didn’t pay but how could I pay when you pay at delivery. It’s sad because I have used them in the past with no issues but they are now under new management. Edit - I have read the owners response and I understand trying to save face on behalf of your business but I can not stand for anyone to insinuate that I’m am being untruthful. If I knew about the $100 off from the beginning and was sent an email why would I contact you about another rental. I would have written my review the day it happened. If the company truly wanted to make the situation right they would have contacted me privately the same way they called me today to let me know about the $100 off. In no way do I want to go back and forth. I just wanted to tell my experience without it tainted by incorrect information."

"Thank you for your great service! The office was very accommodating for my event and worked with me on some policies that they had in place. The delivery crew was super friendly, professional, respectful and polite. They were really quick with set up and pick up. They were the only inflatable company I could find in town that had a toddler friendly inflatable. I got it for my son’s third birthday. It was safe enough for my 18 month old with supervision. I had a great first experience with them and will be using them in the future!"
