"One room and a bedroom cost me 120 when on the website said 35 and the blankets weren’t clean and no towels like cmon now no towels."

"We are happy we got a very clean room at a great price. We slept well. We thought Wyndham was a very good choice. Next time, we will ask more questions. Oh, get the room insurance because reservations mean nothing here. Location--Baton Rouge at Meade. We are laughing with friends, at ourselves, though. Why? Our bed base is a king-size one as we asked, but the mattress is queen size. So we kept hitting our shins on the bed. The two pillows were flatter than i ever experienced. Water spraying ceiling and everything else from the shower head. There's no trash can, iron, ironing board, microwave, refrigerator, or phone. There was a quarter roll of tissue and two soaps, but no towels. (Good we didn't have diarrhea). As a rule, towels are delivered around 8 pm. So don't plan to attend a gathering before 10 pm. (We purchased towels from Dollar General). Check-in takes at least 30 minutes. We don't know if there's breakfast because we got a no to that question by the kid working here. Yes, child labor.( We saw two kids that are not even teens cleaning rooms and delivering towels) Please, I am sure this is a franchise, but I am disappointed with Wyndham."

"Checked out as soon as I saw the room, but they charged a $60 cancelation fee. But the place was disgusting- foul odor, feces in the toilet, holes in the wall, stains on the walls, tub, everywhere. Their customer service then denied the hotel conditions. Plywood on many windows- I'm guessing robbery or drug related damages."

"This was my first experience staying at OYO & it was not pleasant. I am writing this review not with the intention of hurting their business but point out what they could improve. 1) There was no one at the checkin counter when I arrived. I had to wait for 15 minutes. 2) The check in guy seemed untrained & unprofessional. The attire, mannerism & customer service was non-existent. 3) The checkout unsurprisingly was unprofessional again. The same guy was talking in his phone with legs in another chair. 4) The room smelled bad. 5) Mattress was smaller than bed frame & it was hitting legs while trying to move in to bed 6) There was only two pillow in bed. Both were small & uncomfortable. 7) No soap, shampoo in the bathroom 8) Floor was sticky 9) Pop corn ceiling was peeled off & there was a hole in wall. 10) The blankets was thin & not comfortable I booked motel6 the next day & I felt like I had moved to a 4* hotel when compared with Oyo. Some good things I noticed 1) The location is good & convenient right across the freeway. 2) The price is budget friendly 3) The exterior looks nice with pine trees 4) The hotel from outside looks in pretty good shape. I wish they hire new management & provide training to their staff. Their staff is ruining their business."

"I'm sorry to have to post a 1 star review. I generally try and say good things where possible but there was nothing good to say about this place. I've stayed in many 2 star motels that were considerably better than this one. Motel 6 looked like a palace compared to this place. The only positive thing I can say about this stay is that there were no bed bugs. Point review: 1 - check in person was video chatting on her phone when I came in and continued throughout the process. 2 - we turned on the lights and literally about 10-12 roaches scattered. We would not put our bare feet on the floor. 3 - refrigerator was unplugged. 4 - some of the plugs did not work. An example were the ones in the dressing area that did not work. 5 - holes in walls and unpainted walls. 6 - shower was so unappealing, we did not feel comfortable using it. 7 - beds were both fold up bunk type beds not regular motel beds. 8 - there is more but I've made my point.
