We ALWAYS have multiple community events that happen on a monthly basis where so many people from the community attend. The events are ALWAYS fun!! Just feel so close to everyone. About to move up into their 2 bedroom and extend my stay."

"Riverhouse Apartments is a great choice. The staff is always very friendly. I have lived here for over a year now and if on the rare occasion I did have an issue, the issue was resolved in a timely manner. I definitely recommend this complex!"

"Although the property and apartment interior is very nice, the street noise is horrible at early hours of the morning but also manageable…may just take me some time to adjust to the noise. Windows are great for natural light but noise still travels through very easily. Door is also sealed poorly and contains obvious gaps that maintenance said they will not adjust because of having an indoor hallway and insisted that it shouldn’t be a huge issue for me. I just noticed my door not closing fully is due to whoever installed the lock part which was horribly done and I will andd the photo because this is laziness at best. Place still has few other flaws as other places do and apartment not insulated very well. But I still do like the place and the area."
