"I was so pleased at the service rendered to me when I went to the Warwick Apartment Complex on Jefferson Hwy. Elizabeth took my application and process it. The whole staff was very committed. Kati Bollete, the Leasing Manager, and Elizabeth Eaton, the Leasing Specialist, both worked graciously with me throughout the entire process! Elizabeth gave me a tour of the unit and property, guided me through a place and community I am proud to say is my home for the next exciting chapter of my life, as I master my teaching career, and enjoy this wonderful property along its kind community, and convenient location to my place of work. Thanks to the first onsite Warwick employee I came into contact with, Kati. She kindly answered every question, gave clear communication with grace, throughout the entire process. She is wonderful. "There are some good and some bad things about every property. Warwick is slightly better than average for the most part. But I have never in my life heard of a "reputable" property having to turn of the ENTIRE property's water SO MANY TIMES!! Don't y'all have a water shut off for each building? This is ridiculous!! So far they have shut off the water for the entire property at least 13 TIMES in the last 8 months! And MOST of those times it was with less than an hour's notice. This is just nonsense."

"Been here for a few years and I really love it here! Great prices and better service. They are accommodating and will work with you to fix any problems that may arise. The staff is super friendly, but my favorite is Katie. I'm not great with the app, but if I have an issue with something, I just swing by and talk to her and she takes care of it for me usually before the day is up. They want to keep us happy and comfortable, not just get us signed on and ignored afterwards. That is a rare gem with apartment leasing offices! ❤️"
