"My problem for the last year has been with property management. The property itself is okay. Love the pool, even though it was frequently closed. The water is shut off pretty frequently too. There’s not a lot of parking depending on which building you live in. What’s most upsetting to me is the way issues have been handled. Currently, our lease is up December 20th. They tried to have us move out on the 12th, even leasing out the apartment before our move out date. They even went as far as letting Cox enter the apartment and switch out our modem on the 12th so that we wouldn’t have internet for the last 8 days. My roommate and I are fed up, which is why we decided not to renew the lease here. My roommate’s bathroom had to be rewired because the electricity wasn’t working. My toilet overflowed on the first day that I moved into this apartment. It was claimed to have been fixed, but it continued to overflow multiple times afterwards. When I called to get it fixed again, a piece of my toilet was left on the floor by maintenance. The apartment hadn’t been cleaned prior to us moving in. Our lease wasn’t ready until the day of move in, and we kept being told to wait longer and longer before we could enter the apartment. When my roommate paid part of her rent in advance, they took that $300 with no notice. They claimed we weren’t paying our renter’s insurance, even though it is charged and paid for with the rent every month on my account. It’s been problem after problem. If you happen to never have an issue with management, you’ll probably like it here. I haven’t been that fortunate."

"The units show their age. Despite this management maintenance is well done and all public areas are kept clean. A central area in Baton Rouge, it's location is superb though hurt by nearby I-10 Highway noise."
