Sherwood Place Apartments

"Horrible and unprofessional!! The first two weeks I barely got any of my phone calls return I had to literally show up to the office to get a response. I went out my way to pay bills off for their satisfaction to be able to rent thru them as ask per office. Literally had to go in the office to get Bernedette manager that work in the office to resubmit my application cause Mrs Bernedette took off and was told she needed to call or resubmit my info to their corporate and another manger had to do her job because she hadn’t called me nor resubmitted the info that was on her laptop already. How I know this, it was said to me and done right Infront my face. I had to resubmit the same info I had to send in again for the third time to her for some reason. I was told corporate would be their at this location the following day and still didn’t hear from them I had to call the following day and still wasn’t submitted while they were on site of the complex. Three days later I get a call at 7:00 pm or after ,saying I was finally approved. I was not told their was a 24 hour period you have submit the deposit in until I got a call after I called the office and told them I was going out of town for a job fair with my company to promote more women in our industry. After resubmitting the same info three times and being completely blind sited by their shenanigans I ask for the email or number to speak to the corporate person they kept on referring to I was told she didn’t have that info. So who have they been sending my information too three times?!?!?! And their has to be someone to let them know how unorganized she is and misinforming our community just to have a place to live!!!!!"

"Through the stress of a new area and job, Veronica and the management team made every adjustment needed for me to have a smooth move. They were patient and understanding and did everything they could to make sure I found a home in this complex and I couldn't be more grateful. Even after moving in, if I had any issues she would get them resolved immediately. Thank you so much Veronica and to the management team, I am loving my new apartment!!"

"My husband and I moved into these apartments back in September. Veronica helped me from start to finish with getting our apartment and she’s literally the best! New management took over maybe a week after we moved in and I have to say it’s for the better (which in my experience has been rare). The whole staff is so accommodating and friendly. We love it here and would say it’s the best apartment complex we’ve lived in. Thank you to all the staff at Sherwood Place for making it such a wonderful place to be."

"I lived here once a few years ago and enjoyed it then. Moved in with a friend for a while, when I decided to get back on my own, I moved back here. If anything it got better. My air conditioner went out in the middle of last summer, they setup a one room unit for a few days while they ordered a new one. They keep the grounds clean and well kept up. Keep it up!"
