"I inquired about this property over the phone. I was invited in to tour the property. Kia was tour guide and she was very pleasant. Very soft spoken, warm and inviting. Any concerns I had she reassured me with honesty and integrity. She will helped me through the application process and made it easier."

"This literally the worst apartments I ever moved in . The apartments are old and not worth the price. I pay $1200 in rent and my ceiling has leaked 5 times since I been here . My ceiling leaked and flooded my whole bathroom. I had to throw away and replace all my rugs and shower curtain. BOTH my bathrooms were leaking and they blamed it on the upstairs neighbors. The ladies in the office are rude and have attitudes . Honestly the women in the office just need to be replaced overall. My dishwasher stopped working the second week I moved in . Part of my ceiling had to be replaced and I had a hole in my ceiling for 5 days . My lights were off for 3 days due to a technical issue . If you pay your rent on 21 south at parkview website it’s an additional $40 . The maintenance men pretty cool . Overall this apartment is trash and I advise no one to move here ."

They handled all of my questions and concerns with professionalism and urgency. All The ladies in the front office were really sweet and welcoming. I could not have had a better experience than I did here!"

"When I first moved in, of course everything was fine. Apartment gets broken into while out of town. While I am still out of the state, I called the emergency number repeatedly to get someone to my unit so they can fix the window the burglars broke and lock the door back. Nobody answered at all which lead to them coming back AGAIN and stealing more things. I go to management to discuss what transpired, the manager plays on her phone the entire time I’m speaking with her. Couldn’t even give me eye contact or even the time of day. Real bogus over here."
