"We've lived here around a year now. We have had roaches since we moved in, but that's ok because now we have mice. When we call for help, we're told someone will come out and they used to,but not anymore. Aside from the repulsive and disgusting nature of mice and roaches. weve not had an air filter replacement in 6 months, the first night I was here the owner had my vehicle towed because it was backed in. when we call about these things we are most often greeted by a voicemail letting us know that if "this is an emergency and cannot wait till 10;00 am" to "call maintenance" , even if its already 3:00 in the afternoon. They've raised rent twice this year because of " utility increase" , so now we pay even more then we ever would for a roach infested , mice/rat ridden , apartment with no proper supervision. and as if to illustrate my point a mouse literally ran across my floor as I was writing this. Nothing has been offered to us not even an apology."
