"We found a bag that my wife liked for $21 online. I went to pick it up and it ended up being $3.50. That is a really good deal. The cashier was really nice and quick to tell me that instead of picking it up as an online order, and just buying it as an in store item that it would be way less. I appreciate that. The only problem I have with this old Navy, as well as all the others, is that the lines are always long and there is usually only one checker on duty. And they are often so slow that with only 1 or 2 people ahead of you, your wait is over 15 minutes. Please hire more people. That's all."
"I went in with my mom this morning to get some shirts and the place was so messy and unorganized I couldn’t find anything! Some mess I get but this was the whole freaking store! I ended up getting a few shirts from one stand that was some what organized, and leaving it was so messy, I also saw an employee sitting and texting over by the men’s jeans. The cashier didn’t say hello and barely talked to us te entire time. Rude employees, extremely messy store. Will not visit again."
