Burlington

"The place was a total mess! Everything was completely mixed together! It was hell trying to find something in the right size , no matter what section I was in! It looked like a tornado came through there. Clothes were on the floor everywhere. Even a damn thrift store is more organized than this place . I will not be returning to this Burlington ever again! Terrible shopping experience!"

"Yikes! I was there around 1 p.m., and the store was a complete mess. Complete chaos. Could not push a cart down any toy aisle. The aisles were wide enough for a cart to go through, but there was no way for two carts to pass by each other. It was a bit claustrophobic. The home item area was nearly as bad, just not on the floor. Never again."

"This place was a complete disaster. EVERY department was a wreck. Merchandise all over the floor absolutely everywhere. There were 2 employees by the door entering the mall yet the checkstands near the inside of the mall were so loaded with stuff there is no way they could begin to even use those registers. We had to walk clear to the checkstands nearest the parking lot entrance. There were at least 30 people ahead of us and 2 very confused cashiers working. We saw several employees not really doing anything. I saw one lady working and putting out merchandise. Not even one of the many employees were picking up the tons and tons of stuff just laying all over the floor. I felt like I was walking through a teenagers super messy bedroom. We ended up putting our things away and not buying anything since we didn't feel like it was worth the 30 or so minute wait. This place will give you anxiety. The pictures I posted are just 2 rows of the disaster. I made it through the shoes (which I'm not even sure why sizes were labeled. Everything was randomly tossed together.) and 1 row of children's clothes before just plain giving up. They had a lot of nice things...if you could find it."

"Not sure what happened... came here with my husband and it looked like it was ransacked. Clothes, shoes and items all over the floor and thrown on top of racks and shelves. I gave it 2 stars because This Burlington is huge and I think it has potential to be a nice store but it looks very trashy/thrashed like the employees don't care at all what it looks like."

"Store is pretty empty during the times I visit. Security people at each entrance. The store seems pretty sketchy. Parking lot is a little scary too. I have recently visited a couple times in hopes of finding something and leave empty handed. Hopefully they are able to fill up the store with good inventory soon. I know everywhere is being hit with staffing and supply shortages so I'll continue to check back."
