"Horrible. I would give zero stars if I could. I had an online order to pick up and some items that were shipped from their warehouse went to the store and I had to pick those up as well. Bridget was helping a girl to get my orders and instead of the girl saying can you take over, I am getting confused and flustered, she gets an attitude when I tell her that I have some shoes on hold in the back and I have an order to pick up that was shipped from their warehouse. The store manager comes over and I tell her that I need to leave the store ASAP, (after all, that is the whole point of buy online pick up in the store). The store manager says ok but with an attitude and the original girl who was flustered rolls her eyes and walks away. This store is horrible and desperately hiring anyone due to holiday season and being understaffed due to the pandemic but quantity does not amount to quality. It may be a hassle but I would rather drive 20 minutes to a different store and get great customer service and understanding than a closer one where the workers have disgusting attitudes and are giving horrible representation for the Carter’s/Oshkosh brand and their values. I will be getting in contact with the district manager because this behavior was totally uncalled for and unacceptable especially when respect was given the entire time. Just don’t!"

"Horrible experience! We were in last week, because of the “deals” they were offering. Unfortunately, all we got was rude attitude (from two sales associates) and NO help! When we brought the items we were purchasing to the cash wrap, most all rang up with the wrong percentages off. We told the sales associate, who asked another to check the prices. She did and confirmed we were correct, but the lady that rang up our purchases DID NOTHING ABOUT IT! She refused to correct the errors and we were too tired from shopping all day to argue, so we paid and left. We will never shop at carter’s again. A first and last for these two new parents."
