"I was at this store early on a Monday morning when there was nobody in the store and 2 employees. I was searching for some pants and fall clothes. I was visiting from across the state I love loft clothes we just don’t have one where I live. I couldn’t find anything in my size!! I asked the gal working if there were any in back I got a rude NO! I proceeded to try on a few items I did find! I received no help at all i fitting rooms!!!! I went out searching for other sizes on my own. I loved a pair of straight denim and asked if they could order online, to find out online is not an option anymore. I asked if there was somewhere else I could call to find them? Again a rude no!! I purchased $250 worth of items I did find but the gal at cash wrap was so rude!! She could barely hear me! I had to look up my loft card and we had to split tenders and she was not helpful!! I did start to get frustrated told her I have not received any help at all!!! I realize items are hard to get in stock and sizes are gone someone’s but I got no help to try and find anything else!! So so disappointed!!"
