"Absolutely love the clothing, maybe a bit over priced but it didn't stop me from spending around $150 each time I went in. Beware the store credit card! About a month or two ago I called in to pay off the balance. It included a late fee. No problem, that was my fault. I paid the whole balance. Then I got a late fee in the mail. I thought maybe it was in the mail before my payment was made. Now I have another late fee on top of that. I'm irritated. I call in, pay off the two fees even though it was their fault and ask to cancel. They hang up. I call back and ask to cancel and explain why. They ask if I would keep the card if they waived the fee. I tell them they should waive it anyway but would still cancel. They say that the card is now cancelled, of course without refunding the fee."

"If I could I would give them 0 stars. Ordered items for Christmas that never came. Never heard from them, tracked down that my order was damaged in transit. They said when the order came back I would still have to wait a week or 2 to get my refund! It has been a month and still no word. Worst customer service. They actually told me I could order the items again and get free shipping. Seriously!?! How bout you overnight my order that I was supposed to get by Christmas."
