"I bought some boxers and one of them were put on the wrong tag. I bought a size 28-30 and got a XL. I tried to exchange for the right size or store credit and the store manager and assistant mgr refused to help. It’s clearly their fault that they put a wrong size tag to the wrong boxer. It’s not much but the customer service is unprofessional. Just don’t shop here unless you make sure to open the tag and verify with the size. I asked for their names and they argued and wouldn’t give me their names."

"I went to this store last week on Sunday and wanted to try a couple of items but the fitting rooms were closed. The staff said that they wouldn't open them because people come there to steal. So I left and won't be returning for sure."

"Bought a pair of expensive jeans here. Returned and explained to the cashier that when I put them on the zipper broke if I could switch them for a new pair or they could fix the zipper. She responded by saying No because you all ready tried them on. Okay How would I know if the zipper worked or not if I never put them on. Happy to leave and not shop here again!!"

"i went in yesterday, literally EVERY worker is watching me & my friend shop. not everyone is coming in to steal and because of that i’m taking what i bought back today. that is how you lose costumers.. if you’re going to be a “secret shopper” be much better at it."

"Being that Tommy Hilfiger has been around forever. It's seems like they would have their stuff together. I purchased a pair of sweats for my son in 10/31. Turns out the young man helping have me the wrong size. No biggie I know this happens, besides I should've checked to make sure it was the correct size. I made it back home to Seattle and decided to take the sweats back to the Auburn store. This was done on 11/4. The cashier supposedly special ordered the sweats. I paid for shipping. Two weeks passed. I contacted the store. The person I spoke with stated that I would receive an email and could not give me any tracking info. I waited patiently. Another week still nothing. I contacted customer service who told me that I did not have an order and that the department I needed to speak with was closed. That person did try to help some. She had me send a copy of my receipt in. The next day, which is almost four weeks, I request to speak to a manager. The manger found the mistake. She contact customer service to put the order in with "expedited" shipment. Well bottom line I still did not receive my item for another 10 days. I will not do any more online business with Tommy Hilfiger! This has got to be THE WORST online service I've ever had. I've ordered things from China and gotten them quicker!!"
