Employee completing his purchase continuously gave me side eye and went to help someone else afterward instead of assisting me in line. I left my item and left the store. I will purchase the dress online. Unacceptable service."
"The chat service is very sketchy - down most of the time. The call center is unable to help with issues relating to double billing on the credit card for same order - one is asked to reveal credit card information over an automated line which i was not comfortable with. And no option to drop an email with supporting screenshots of the issue for it to be resolved. I'd be careful purchasing from here..."
