H&M 1101 Supermall Way, Auburn, WA 98001

"I wanted a dress from a manikin and instead of taking it off I asked if it would be okay to do so. I was told if I had touched the dress they would call security on me. Which is crazy to have heard because I had full intention of buying it. They stated they no longer sell the clothes while it’s on the manikin, so I put a hold tag on the dress. Have not received a call in over a week and when I called to check on the status of the dress it was no where to be found. The lady who threatened me with security must of really not wanted me to have the dress, felt bothered by my presence, or something! The way they treat people and don’t hold up to their word of calling when the dress is taken off of the manikin is rude and holds a bad image and representation of the company . They lack accountability and customer service. To have simply just found the slightest interest of something I liked and wanted to pay for went as far as following protocol by placing a hold tag on the dress and getting no result is simply unnecessary and a waste of customers time. I would give them 0 stars! Clothes are nice but their approach at resolution is terrible."

"We went for school shopping, the store was hot and was pretty messy. They are clearly understaffed and we're all working hard. So it's not a service issue. There was also a lot of stock gone, because of back to school or the staff didn't have time to restock. The clothes my kids did get they love. I will return during a less busy time and update my quote if it's better."

Took my oldest daughter and fiance there on separate occasions for back to school/work shopping and both loved the fit and selections. From age 16 to 48, skinny to plus, from comfy to hip to sheek, they have it all at great prices. Even for myself a few pairs of jeans."
