"( federal way location ) Came in on a Friday and I was the only one who walked in, the only customer. It has happened twice at this same location when I walk in they see me, ignore me and do not greet me. I was the only customer. one of them was in the cash register, the other one was walking around acting like she was doing something. They can't even do that with their customer's. Yes, I will look for a better location elsewhere."
"The last 2 times I've come in here, I've either been ignored by the staff or was treated like I was inconveniencing them. The staff leaves much to be desired & honestly if this is their work ethic, makes me not feel too bad for when the store shuts down. Will be buying online from now on as going in is not worth the experience."
"Used to like this store, now I refuse to shop here. I walked into the store about a week ago in search of a new belt since my old one broke. The woman behind the counter asked if I was looking for anything in particular, and I explained I was looking for a belt. She then proceeded to scan me from head to toe and stated "Umm I don't really know how many XL belts I have" - now keep in mind, she never asked for my size, nor did I tell her my size. She just assumed I would need a larger belt simply by looking at me and scanning me up and down. Really inconsiderate and rude, even if that wasn't necessarily her intentions. But please, don't assume someone's size without that person's consultation. Body size and appearance can be a touchy subject for many people, so for her to just blatantly state that I am going to need a extra large according to her perception of me and my body, was quite upsetting. I do NOT plan on returning in the future. It was beyond a disappointing experience."
