"I bought our first Dosha dog collar about 4 years ago and it’s amazing! It’s been through hell and back, in lakes, oceans, camping trips and everyone comments on it! I recently bought another since our old one has got a bit of ware and tear from over the years (but still is wearable and we go back and fourth from the old one to the new one now) and a stone fell out of the new one, the customer service was AMAZING, the woman got back to me immediately, sent me replacement stones and a replacement collar! This is an amazing company and we will be forever customers. "Best dog collars ever! The customer service was outstanding! Not sure what happened to the unhappy reviewer but I bought one of her collars locally a year ago and then one online a few months ago as a gift. Dosha dog collars are made of high quality materials, leather, brass, nice stones and gems. I would love to buy seasonal ones too. I searched everywhere online for a top notch good looking collar and kept returning to Dosha dog. I’d buy a matching leash if they were really long. My pooch likes to run. Keep designing! "WOW! Not only are the collars beautiful and great quality but customer service is FANTASTIC!! I recently purchased two collars and one of them lost a stone within a few days. I contacted customer service explaining what happened and Patricia responded immediately. Patricia told me that they currently were out of the heart stones but that since it was such a short period of time and they normally repair them there she would send me out a new collar. Patricia did not just stop there but offered to mail me a heart stone when they come in so as not to waste the collar with the missing stone. Now that is going above and beyond and I will always buy my collars here and recommend Dosha Dog! Thank you !"
