"It's big it's well maintained and it's in the center of San Francisco literally. Very safe extremely friendly and parking, parking, parking. Although it's kind of difficult to walk the neighborhood at night during the day it's perfectly fine you are going to see some zombies running around because that's what San Francisco has now. The hotel itself is huge and it's really really well maintained the lobby is ginormous and a great place to sit and be seen."

"Honestly I’d probably stay elsewhere next time I’m in downtown SF. Very convenient location during the day, but extremely skimpy for the price - no drinking water (even for a fee) provided in the rooms, no room service open late, and no vending machines (at all) or convenience stand open late. At night if you need anything you’re stranded since the hotel doesn’t provide anything and nothing nearby is open… Had to DoorDash some necessities which felt pretty ridiculous. Rooms were pretty standard Marriott fare. Overall the whole experience felt more like an airport hotel."

"The Marriott was wonderful! We went to a conference here and this place is a great place for that, it's humongous! The Marriott Marquis was very nice and very clean. This place has everything, restaurants, market and snacks. The staff exceptionally nice, everyone always had a smile, all of them. Big shout out to John, who checked us out. "This is a clean hotel from my experience. Make sure you check out pay attention to the view that you want to see of the city prior to booking the room. The Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The only thing to be aware of is, if you don't put your do not disturb sign up, housekeeping may come in rather quickly. My only suggestion would be changing out the soap dispensers or getting rid of them completely."
