"I popped by to buy some pill pockets for a cat I'm catsitting for just around the corner. A woman in the back with a black Frenchie named Night (or Knight?) who was restocking had excellent customer service skills: greeted me, asked if I needed help with anything, offered to bring stuff up to the front while I shopped more, etc. Honestly, I would have been fine with someone less initiating since my goal was to get in and get out. I went in around 11am on Wednesday so maybe that's when the very nice associate works! There was a gruffer staff member who was more curt and did not greet me, but again, I wasn't offended. They helped the cheerier associate find the pill pockets for me. I thought they had a fairly impressive selection and good balance between cats, dogs, and small mammals supplies. I'm not sure if their prices were exorbitant compared to Petsmart, Chewy, etc. Then again, it's Glen Park and a small business."

"If you are looking for it, chances are they got it. If you want to be sure they have your it, call ahead. Chances are if they don't have it, they can special order it for you! The sales associates and managers here do their best to get to know each customer and their furry companion on that personal level. Come for the supplies, stay for the friendly neighborhood mood."

"This is a fun quirky little pet store, with an eclectic staff and clientele. There's lots of doggy (and other pet) love going on in this store. Great selection of dog treats, food, and toys, all reasonably priced. Conveniently located in "downtown" Glen Park."

"Friendly staff, good selection, and a fun shop to browse in. A small wild-bird feeding section in the back too, although their main focus is pets, whether birds or otherwise. They have folks who do grooming on a regular basis although it's not formally part of the store's offerings."
