Mayfair Residences at Santa Monica Beach

"What a wonderful place to live! The units here are excellent, well-maintained, well-functioning, with lots of natural light and the in-unit washer/dryer and central AC/heat are just a plus. The rooftop patio with ocean views is a delight. As others have stated, the location is unbeatable - centrally located in the heart of Santa Monica across from Equinox and walkable to just about everything - gyms, coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, nightlife, groceries, and best of all the beach is only two blocks away. For someone seeking an urban, walkable lifestyle, this was perfect for me. And despite the hustle and bustle of a busy downtown, the units have excellent insulation and our unit remains very serene and peaceful. And best of all, the management is outstanding! Special shout-out to Charlene who went out of her way to help me find the unit that was right for me and is very warm, friendly, professional, and always on top of everything to make sure everything is addressed in a timely manner. The maintenance team has been fantastic as well, and act in an urgent manner to address any issues! Overall, living here so far has been spectacular!"

"The Mayfair is truly a great place to live. Charlene, the building manager, is very friendly and ensures the needs of the tenants are met in a timely manner. The head of maintenance, Willy, is also very friendly and can fix just about anything. Between Charlene and Willy, the Mayfair has been a great place to call home."

"I stayed at Mayfair for almost 3 years and it was a total pleasure. Charlene, Willie and the whole team took care of me. The location is unbeatable (adjacent to a parking garage, couple blocks from the beach) and that made my life living here a dream. The apartment is built-well, really pretty and functional. The appliances worked well and having an in-unit Washer/Dryer certainly made life easy. A/C and Heat was also a huge convenience which isn't typical of all apartments in the area. Can't say enough good things about staying here and working with Charlene. She's genuine and trustworthy and I'd highly recommend working with her and her team."

"After living at the Mayfair for two years, I have nothing but a rave review to offer. Can't beat the location - walking distance to the beach, shopping, restaurants (Elephante is a favorite and 1 block away), fitness studios, and a short drive to Whole Foods/Erewhon/Trader Joe's. Would definitely recommend for a west coast newbie like myself. Our apartment was perfect, with a ton of natural light and a great patio. Neighbors were quiet and friendly. The streets outside can get a little noisy at times but if you want the city experience, it comes with the territory. Roof deck is top notch and management keeps it beautifully decorated. There's a parking garage attached to the building - 1 spot per bedroom. Building management was attentive, fair, and helpful. (we love Charlene!) The maintenance team was also excellent - the property was cleaned daily (even prior to COVID), and whenever there was an issue within our apartment (clogged drain, etc.) they acted with urgency. Overall 10/10 experience and we are SO SAD to leave this place!"
