"The place is a solid 4.5. Couple of things that can be improved. First is that the toilet paper holder is very weirdly located that you can’t sit comfortably on the toilet because it is on the same level as the seat. Second is how limited the breakfast menu is compared to other best western plus. Rooms are good. Ample free parking"
"This is the sixth time I stayed a week at SureStay Santa Monica and as before it was great. The staff are the best, always pleasant, friendly and professional. Wish I could remember all their names so I could thank them. This trip my wife unfortunately became ill and needed to stay in bed for a day. The staff made sure we were comfortable and inquire throughout the day how she was and if we needed anything. Having to spend the day hanging around I observed how thoroughly the staff were cleaning the rooms. Our room was clean and nice and now I know way. This staff was cleaning every room in detail. Front desk staff were always friendly and professional. Breakfast staff welcomed with a smile, nice way to start the day. Past visits have always been nice but this visit was especially nice. Thank you all from the guy with the bikes."
"Best location next to the beach, good for public transport, room is average but what u paid for what u get. I can't complain n nice breakfast w auto pancake maker. Very clean room n all the staff were friendly and nice. 100 % recommend"
