"Just stayed at Santa Monica Proper Hotel for the first time this past weekend and all I can say is WOW! I’m an interior designer and Kelly Wearsler lover so it’s been on my bucket list to stay here and it did not disappoint! From the Spa, to the design, food, amenities, staff, EVERYTHING was absolute perfection! The staff were the friendliest I’ve experienced in a long time at a hotel. The beds are extremely comfortable and the rooms are very sound proof so you will sleep like a baby here which is very important to me. The hotel is absolutely stunning and I can’t wait to return again soon!"
"Great hotel for a weekend visit. The manager came out to greet us when we arrived, which was a nice touch. The rooms were clean and felt new. We didn’t eat in the hotel, but the restaurants did look good and the atmosphere was nice. We chose to park in the public lot nearby, which was a fraction of the hotel valet fee. I’d stay again overall."

"Came to the Proper for a drink with my girlie! It was my first time coming and I absolutely fell in love. We ended up getting a bite to eat. I had their burger and my friend had the Caesar salad. We both enjoyed our food. My friend said it was the best Caesar she’s ever had! So there’s that! The burger was amazing as well!"
