"Really happy with our stay with JBYT, Venice. The accessibility of the building, location and amenities offered were all as advertised and all in perfect working condition. The hosts themselves were also very keen to offer any support and additional information to us, and they were even reaching out themselves throughout the duration of the stay. I had the pleasure of meeting one of the hosts on my final day and she was eager to offer any additional support for rebooking future dates. "The stay was not bad. It wasn’t the cleanest but nothing too noticeable. I was charged a hidden fee. For anyone in the future staying please be aware that they will take a refund of $1000 and when they refund the $1000 it will be negatively reduced in your currency. For example I was charged $1000 = £850 and I was refunded £780 meaning I lost out on £70 for no reason. When staying in the future please enquire about hidden costs as when I tried to approach to get it sorted I ultimately ended up being ignored. If possible ask to pay your deposit in cash that way they can’t get anymore money out of you. Will not be staying again due to this"
