"Avoid living in this area because the landlords are known to raise the rent. The neighborhood is dangerous with gang members present. Expect frequent incidents of car break-ins. Additionally, there is a severe lack of parking with no security guard allowing entry to residents. It is strongly advised not to support Westland as they engage in unethical practices."

"living here sucks in many ways. It’s overpriced and there’s no help management wise. i cannot leave my apt because the doorknob is completely broken. i was told “they’ll get there when they get there”. theres no way of contacting upper management than an info@ that no one checks"
