"It was a great stay! I was surprised, given the price, but it actually was quite nice. Rooms were clean and updated, and the staff were all wonderful. If you stay here and are driving, I would suggest getting here earlier than later, as parking is limited. Overall, GREAT value!"
"Great 3 nights stay here. The bed is comfortable and the room and bathroom very clean. The location is great too. Restaurants, grocery store and lots of scooters on the side walk. All the staff super friendly. The only thing is, if you have a light sleep and can't stand noises, I recommend staying on the top floor."
"We stayed for 3 nights at the Inn at 50, and it was a great stay. The room upon entering was very clean, the room itself was very modern, with fresh paint and some definite upgrades; the bathroom and shower were very nice. We thought when booking that it was a hotel because the picture showed like it was, but upon arrival we saw that it was a motel. I say this because I judged it without really seeing it. The staff was very curious and prompt, the location is amazing, there’s a public beach within 5 minutes walk, tons of restaurants near by, and we felt very safe. I would definitely recommend and will be staying here again when we come through next year."

Unlike the typical perception of motels or inns as small, dirty, and budget accommodations, this establishment rivals hotel standards. The staff's kindness and willingness to assist were remarkable. The rooms were impeccably clean, a surprising find in downtown Long Beach, and the fact that they offer free parking is a great bonus. The affordability of this place, coupled with excellent amenities like the lobby's delicious coffee, ensures I'll be returning. Grateful to everyone for a wonderful stay!"
"I stayed at Inn at 50 on Christmas Day with my 3 boys and their mom. It was close to where my family was celebrating the holiday. The area was central to many Long Beach attractions and restaurants. The check in was smooth and the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and quite nice. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. The price was very reasonable and we would definitely stay there again and tell all our familiy and friends to stay as well."
