"Went there for a wedding reception, loved the location and its proximity to the pier Queen Mary. View from the ball room is stunning, especially during night time with all those lights. Plenty of parking is available, it has different exit point, not same as the entry. Better off doing valet if here for the evening only."

"I stayed here last month to attend an event at the Long Beach Convention Center. Luna and Cristal (?) at the front desk were the NICEST hotel staff I've had the pleasure of interacting with in a long time! My friends and I were able to get conjoined rooms because of their efforts, and we all had a great time. The only issue we ran into was how strangely the room entryways are laid out. It's got a little protruding wall that blocks off the bathroom if you have the conjoined room door open, and even if not, just gets in the way. Very baffling design decision."

"A really nice hotel, perfect if you have an expo to attend at the convention center. Friendly staff, clean rooms and great services. The breakfast at the Market|Bar was mediocre, however, and I hate the fact that it‘s all served in/with disposable plates and silverware. I am deducting two stars for that and the egregious parking prices. $38 for self and $42 for valet parking, PER NIGHT. That is really beyond the pale, especially considering it was the off-season (end of January)."

"I do enjoy staying at the Regency. The pricing tends to be all over the place sadly, which of course fluctuates based on if there is a convention in town or not. I tend to have to bounce between this hotel and another, should the rates go from the $200 range to $600 range, which is unfortunate. The front desk staff has always been truly amazing towards me, with big smiles and a warm and welcoming greeting. The hotel is very bright and open with all of the windows that surround the lobby. They have a cafe that has pretty good food, and the pool is beautiful, overlooking a man made lake, with a beautiful backdrop of the LB harbor"

"From the moment I arrived, the Hyatt promised an extraordinary experience, and it delivered beyond my expectations. The service I received was not just top-notch, it was a paragon of hospitality excellence. The front desk team deserves a special mention for their superlative hospitality. Their warm welcomes, prompt attention to detail, and genuine care for guests' needs set the tone for an impeccable stay. Located in the heart of convenience, the Hyatt stands as a beacon of luxury amidst a bustling cityscape. Its strategic location offers easy access to a plethora of restaurants, shops, and local attractions, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. The beach and various activities are just a stone's throw away, offering endless possibilities for relaxation and adventure. While the in-house restaurant had a limited menu, this in no way was a drawback. In conclusion, my stay at the Hyatt was a five-star experience in every sense. It combined luxury, comfort, and convenience with extraordinary service, making it not just a hotel, but a destination in itself. Whether you're in town for business or leisure, the Hyatt promises an experience that is as unforgettable as it is enjoyable."
