"You get what you pay for. Our room booking was messed up by TralelURO and the lodge, so we could not get into our room for over an hour while everything got figured out. Also while we were at the Indy car races we got a call from the hotel saying that someone they didn’t recognize was in our room, we told them to call the cops. In the end everything turned out alright but the added stress was extremely unpleasant. The staff is incompetent and charged us twice for the same room even though the room was payed for. So we had to waste another valuable hour of our vacation time to get the extra charge taken off. The parking is a nightmare tiny lot that a truck would barely fit in. They are also misleading with their amenities and there was no continental breakfast as advertised. This the absolute worst hotel stay I have had the displeasure of being a part of. Will not come back ever again."
