"Stayed here for a multi-day conference. Had great customer service by Hector and Amber Ponsonby upon check in. Was pleasantly surprised that my meeting hosts had me booked into the Presidential Suite. A large one bedroom apartment with a separate individual private business room off the bedroom to make phone or Zoom calls. It even has its own private balcony with a view of the water. The store is designed to hold small meetings while offering privacy for the guest. It even has a walk-in closet. Service is first rate as well as the room. Highly recommended!"

"I came to the Hilton for a conference. Check in process was a little slow but I understand. Most everything was a great experience except for The Enclave restaurant located in the hotel. We placed our order with Jocelyn who seemed attentive enough upon placing our order however after placing our order we were given our main entree before our chips and guacamole came. We had to ask for our chips and guacamole when our entree arrived as well as silverware to eat with. The food was good but Jocelyn never came back to see if everything was good or we needed a refill on drinks. It wasn’t until she came over to let us know it was the end of her shift and gave us our check that my husband had the chance to ask for another drink. She didn’t ask if we wanted dessert or anything. Once she left we asked another server if they had dessert which they did. We received our cheesecake and then no one came back to give us our bill, my husband had to go ask for it because the person who took our dessert plate continued to chat it up with others at the restaurant. If you are expecting great customer service go eat elsewhere."

"A review was a must!!! The stay was great at this establishment, it has a shuttle which was super convenient. I do want to give a huge shout out to Amber!! She was so helpful and her attitude was always positive, I really appreciate her. The rooms are clean and spacious. Love the view of the room!! I will definitely be back and recommending this hotel to friends and family. It really is totally worth the stay."

"I had a wonderful stay here , the rooms were clean and staff were friendly Able Rodriguez was one of the staff that made my stay wonderful. The customer service was top notch. Breakfast on the second floor was also amazing and service was on par. The bar was also very friendly and service was fast. The lobby provided complimentary hot cocoa and cider! The rooms were spotless and I will stay here again!"
